Pamela Neal
President
Pam Neal started Keystone Concrete Cutting in 2008. As the President of B&P Neal Enterprises, a commercial demolition company for more than 25 years, she saw a growing demand within the industry for concrete cutting services and founded the new division under the Neal Enterprises umbrella of companies. Under Pam’s leadership, KCC has become a respected and in-demand service company.
In 2022, the Neal Enterprises family of companies grew even larger when Pam acquired Coleman’s Custom Floor Services (CCFS). CCFS previously worked closely on a large number of projects with Neal Enterprises as a subcontractor. When CCFS’s founder, Pete Coleman, expressed his desire to retire after 40 years, the close professional relationship between Pam and Pete made the transition and acquisition seamless.
